You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order.
Fragrances and accessories
Fragrances and accessories cannot be returned.
Condition
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back at your cost.
Full price items
Full price items can be returned for a refund, store credit or size exchange, subject to availability.
Sale items
Items marked Sale, or bought with a promotional code or during a flash sale, are final and cannot be refunded. Styles marked Final Sale, size exchange only, can be exchanged for a different size if available.
Delivery fees
Return and exchange delivery fees are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective. Exchanges for defective items are free of charge.
How to return
Within 3 days of delivery, email hello@thefrontrowstudios.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the piece you would like to return or exchange.
